While this app is what it says, I dont know from their somewhat misinformation for instance why you would want to backup with them for an admittedly small price when contacts are backed up on the apple cloud and with your gmail account. To have them in an additional place could be unnecessary risk. Cleaning up your contacts is also difficult with this program. I synced everything, cleaned up on my iPad, deleted all my gmail contacts, and then synced iPad to gmail account. Im glad it had this flexibility. Still I give it four stars for working well and quickly.
