Contact synch or stink?

Thought this would be a little more flexible...
MS Exchange if set up right is a better plan, Stan!
Cant really delete single contacts easily, and smart merge aint so smart.
Auto update is not so auto....
And then theres the 2 or 3 up-sells along the way!?
